The disposal saw blade module of the present invention includes a saw blade coupled to a surgical saw handpiece and is provided to cover a circumference of the surgical saw handpiece, such that foreign substances are prevented from attaching to the surgical saw handpiece when the saw blade is operated in a surgical operation. The disposal saw blade module comprises: a saw blade connecting unit which is interposed between a blade connector detachably connected to a saw tilting bracket of the saw handpiece and the saw blade； a drap handle which is ring-shaped so that the saw blade is able to penetrate therethrough, and is placed to be away from the saw blade connecting unit； and a drap of which one end is connected to the saw blade connecting unit and the other end is connected to the drap handle, and which covers the saw blade in a circumferential direction, moves the drap handle in order to cover the entire exterior of the saw handpiece when the drap handle is passed through the saw handpiece. The present invention uses the drap and the drap handle to seal the surgical saw handpiece body with respect to the exterior, thereby preventing blood or human body tissues from remaining in the interior and the exterior of the saw handpiece when the saw handpiece is used.
