PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee joint movement support device in which a burden is not applied to a wearer.SOLUTION: A knee joint movement support device related to an embodiment includes: an upper orthosis mounted on a waist； an upper frame disposed outside a thigh； an upper connection part connecting an upper end of the upper frame to the upper orthosis so as to be turnable； a lower frame disposed outside a leg region； a lower orthosis mounted on a foot near a lower end of the lower frame； a lower connection part for connecting the lower end of the lower frame to the lower orthosis so as to be turnable； and a turning supporting part disposed outside a knee joint, and supporting the upper end of the lower frame to the lower end of the upper frame so as to be turnable in a moving direction of the knee joint. Also, the device has a drive unit for giving a driving force to the turning supporting part, an acceleration sensor for detecting acceleration accompanied with the movement of a wearer, and a control unit.
