An inhalation-activated device for administration of medicament in powder form to the respiratory system of a user comprising a housing (2, 3) defining air inlets (23) and a mouthpiece (22), and a cover (1) for covering the nozzle (22), in which the housing (2, 3) contains a dose carrier (11) with a medicament in powder form arranged in a plurality of dose units and a breathing-activated mechanism, comprising means of energy storage, actuation means, drilling means and reset means, in which the activation means comprise a fin (9) of a breathing-activated mechanism (BAM) mounted for movement between the inward positions and neutral, the BAM fin is positioned away from the nozzle (22) and substantially away from the air inlets (23) in order not to close the air inlets in their neutral or inward position, such that inhalation at tra ve of the nozzle (22) causes movement of the fin (9) BAM towards its inward position, and other components that can be moved relative to the position of the fin (9) BAM such that when the fin (9 ) BAM is in the inward position, a dose unit of the plurality of dose units is drilled in the dose carrier (11) by means of perforation means to deliver the medicament in powder form through the nozzle (22 ) to the user's respiratory system; characterized in that the inhalable device additionally comprises an air passage, in which the air passage comprises a cyclone head, a conical region, a throat region and blades at the end of the air passage.Un dispositivo activable por inhalación para administración de medicamento en forma de polvo al sistema respiratorio de un usuario que comprende una carcasa (2, 3) que define entradas (23) de aire y una boquilla (22), y una tapa (1) para cubrir la boquilla (22), en el que la carcasa (2, 3) contiene un portador (11) de dosis con medicamento en forma de polvo dispuesto en una pluralidad de unidades de dosis y un mecanismo activado por respiración, que comprende unos medios de almacenamiento de energía, unos me
