The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition including a cudrania tricuspidata leaf extract, a cudrania tricuspidata root extract and a licorice extract as active ingredients, and more particularly, to an antibacterial composition for a strain selected from the group consisting of bacillus cereus, bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, and salmonella typhimurium, including a cudrania tricuspidata leaf extract, a cudrania tricuspidata root extract, and a licorice extract as active ingredients. The antibacterial composition of the present invention has an excellent antibacterial effect compared to that of a case of independently using a cudrania tricuspidata leaf extract, a cudrania tricuspidata root extract, and a licorice extract, thereby being used for preparing food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical compositions.
