The present invention relates to an automatic pancreaticojejunal anastomosis stent connected to a stent and a stent without being anastomosed to a pancreatic duct opening unit by a stitching fiber and only using the stitching fiber drawn to the outside of pancreas, thereby simplifying a surgery process and reducing a level of difficulty. The present invention forms a stepped unit which is radially spread by folding a flexible unit of a stent inserted into pancreaticojejunal to the outside when the stitching fiber is pulled. The present invention easily anastomoses by allowing the stepped unit to support the inside of the pancreaticojejunal, and adhering to the pancreas and the pancreaticojejunal. The present invention is provided to allow a support pipe to seal a slit area of the flexible unit in the inside of the stent, thereby preventing leakage of gall to an anastomosis part after surgery, and allowing the strong support pipe to fix the anastomosis part. The present invention is provided to safely and easily perform pancreaticoduodenectomy which is the most difficult operation in surgery, thereby reducing complications after surgery of a pancreatic cancer patient and a bile duct cancer patient, and increasing a patient survival rate by rapidly performing a cancer treatment.본 발명은 췌관 개구부에 봉합사를 이용한 문합을 하지 않고, 스텐트와 스텐트에 연결되어 췌장 외측으로 인출된 봉합사만을 이용함으로써 수술 과정을 단순화하고 난이도를 낮춘 것이 특징이다. 봉합사가 당겨지면 공장에 삽입된 스텐트의 유연부가 외측으로 접히면서 방사상으로 펼쳐져 단턱부를 형성하고, 단턱부가 공장 내측을 지지함으로써 췌장과 공장을 밀착시켜 손쉽게 문합할 수 있다. 또한, 지지관이 스텐트 내측에서 유연부의 슬릿 영역을 밀폐함으로써 수술 후 췌즙이 문합 부위로 누설되는 것을 방지하고, 단단한 지지관이 문합 부위를 고정하도록 구성된 것이 특징이다. 외과에서 가장 어려운 수술에 해당하는 췌십이지장 절제술을 안전하고 쉽게 시행할 수 있도록 함으로써, 췌장암, 담도암 환자의 수술 후 합병증을 줄이고, 보다 빠르게 항암치료를 할 수 있게 하여 환자 생존율을 높일 수 있다.
