PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for wheelchairs capable of securing safety when traveling in a wheelchair, with an instrument coupled to a rear part of the wheelchair, and medical facility system.SOLUTION: A medical facility system 1 includes holding means 1400 provided at a rear part of a wheelchair for supporting a support 94. The holding means 1400 includes a front-part support 1411 disposed at a front side of the support 94, and a rear-part support 1421 disposed at a rear side of the support.
