Certain chemical entities chosen from compounds of Formula I:and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, chelates, non－covalent complexes, prodrugs, and mixtures thereof are described. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one chemical entity chosen from compounds of Formula I and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle are described.
