The present invention relates to a trust type artificial fishing reef which is improved such that the trust type artificial fishing reef is capable of creating a natural inhabitation environment or fishing reefs enabling fishes and shellfishes to inhabit well, is capable of securing a wide young fish inhabitation space, and enables ocean currents to go well through the young fish inhabitation space.
