The film of claim. 1 wherein the powder coating is selected from titanium dioxide, CaPO, red iron oxide, and D & C Red 30.10. The film of claim. 9, wherein the powder coating further comprises a water-insoluble antimicrobial sredstvo.11. The film of claim. 1, where the matrix is largely soluble after a time period of more than 30 seconds and less than 180 seconds in the presence of brushing vody.12. A method for producing a film according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising forming a soluble polymer matrix of the matrix powder distribution surface and heating the coated film to the powder until the powder is adsorbed on the film.1.
