A tomography imaging device comprises: a data obtaining unit configured to obtain a plurality of partial data which correspond to a plurality of angle sections, respectively wherein the angle sections are continuous by performing tomography with respect to a moving target object； and an image processing unit configured to estimate the entire motion of the target object and motion of a first region included in the target object based on the plurality of partial data, configured to reflect the entire motion to the motion of the first region to obtain first information representing motion of the target object, and configured to restore a final tomography image representing the target object based on the first information.단층 영상 장치는 움직이는 대상체를 단층 촬영하여 연속되는 복수개의 각도 구간 각각에 대응되는 복수개의 부분 데이터를 획득하는 데이터 획득부； 및 상기 복수개의 부분 데이터에 근거하여 대상체의 전체 움직임 및 상기 대상체에 포함되는 제1 영역의 움직임을 측정하고, 상기 제1 영역의 움직임에 상기 전체 움직임을 반영하여 상기 대상체의 움직임을 나타내는 제1 정보를 획득하고, 상기 제1 정보에 근거하여 상기 대상체를 나타내는 최종 단층 영상을 복원하는 영상 처리부를 포함한다.
