PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable type chemical diffusing device which reliably vaporizes and diffuses a large amount of chemicals to the atmosphere without using a motor or a battery.SOLUTION: A chemical diffusing implement 1 is worn on a body with a wearing instrument 2 for use. The chemical diffusing implement 1 has both chemicals 4 and a rotating weight 5 mounted on a space part 3a of an implement body 3.
