Absorbable and washable clothing and underwear for incontinence and others are offered in numerous styles, colors and capacities. The conformable and permeable inner layer of the molded absorbent pouch assembly contacts the skin. The absorbent cotton layer is sealed with a gas permeable but waterproof and stretchable fabric. The pouch is positioned by conventional elastic strips and sheet elastic fabrics. Each style will look similar to a normal underwear style and try to reduce clutter. In the waterproofing treatment, an emulsion of fluoroalkyl acrylate is used by passing through a woven or knitted fabric. The larger version will waterproof the entire garment.
