The present invention relates to an implant for an implant surgery of artificial teeth. When a depth for implant is greater than a drilling depth scheduled before surgery due to excessive drilling upon implant surgery, the implant is designed to prevent a fixture from being buried in a bone upon implantation of the fixture. Since a height in a top end of the implant horizontally corresponds to a height in a top end of the tooth body bone by using a wing type implant according to the present invention so that the implant is exactly implanted, an insufficient bone fusion force of the implant and difficulty in connection of the prosthesis may be prevented.본 발명은 인공치아 매식수술용 임플랜트에 관한 것이다.임플란트 시술시 과도한 드릴링으로 인하여 시술 전 계획했던 드릴링 깊이보다 더 깊어졌을 경우 픽스쳐 식립시 픽스쳐가 뼈 속에 묻히는 걸 막을 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한 식립 임플란트의 식립방향(Path)가 어긋났을 경우에도 상단 끝부(a)에 날개모양이 어긋나게 표시되기 때문에 픽스쳐의 정확한 식립 방향을 확인할수 있게 제작되었다.과도한 드릴링으로 인하여 시술 전 계획했던 드릴링 깊이보다 더 깊어졌을 경우 일반적인 임플란트를 식립하면 임플란트의 상부가 잇몸뼈의 상단보다 더 깊이 파묻혀서 계획했던 픽스쳐 식립 위치를 벗어나 골융합에도 좋지 않을뿐더러 상부보철물 연결도 어렵게 하므로, 본 발명의 날개형 임플란트를 사용함으로써 임플란트의 상단부와 잇몸뼈의 상단부 높이가 수평으로 일치하게되어 임플란트 식립을 정확하게 수행하게 됨으로써 임플란트의 골융합력 부족현상과 보철물 연결상 어려움을 미리 방지할수 있게된다.
