The present invention relates to a grass mower which allows a user to safely and conveniently adjust a height of a shaft and a cutting blade making up a grass mower. The grass mower comprises: a main body on which an engine is mounted a shaft having a handle a cutting blade mounted on a lower end of the shaft to rotate a protective cover to enclose an upper surface and a rear side of the cutting blade and a grass mower assistance part mounted on the shaft. The grass mower assistance part comprises: an upper cover having a long plate shape and including a seating unit formed on the inside thereof in a longitudinal direction, on which the shaft is seated and fixed, a plurality of coupling holes formed on both sides thereof in the longitudinal direction, in which coupling bolts are mounted, and a mounting pipe having a mounting hole and a through hole and protruding on one side of an upper surface thereof and a lower cover having a shape corresponding to the upper cover and including a seating unit formed on the inside thereof to correspond to the seating unit, and coupling holes formed on both sides thereof in the longitudinal direction to correspond to the coupling holes.
