The present invention relates to exosomes for cancer cell specific delivery of anticancer drugs. More specifically, the present invention relates to exosomes surface-modified with a cell membrane fixation compound comprising a protein that binds a target specifically expressed on the surface of cancer cells. When the surface-modified exosomes according to the present invention are used for the delivery of anticancer drugs, drug delivery specific to the target cancer cells can be effectively performed to minimize side effects caused by delivery of the drug to other unwanted parts of the body. Because of its stable composition, exosomes have a longer residence time in the blood, allowing continuous drug accumulation.본 발명은 항암약물의 암세포 특이적 전달을 위한 엑소좀에 관한 것이다. 더 구체적으로 본 발명은 암세포의 표면에서 특이적으로 발현되는 표적과 결합하는 단백질을 포함하는 세포막 고정 화합물로 표면 수식된 엑소좀에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르는 표면 수식된 엑소좀을 항암 약물의 전달에 사용하면, 표적이 되는 암세포에 특이적인 약물전달이 효과적으로 이루어져 신체의 다른 원하지 않는 부분에 약물이 전달됨으로써 일어나는 부작용을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 안정적인 구성으로 인하여 엑소좀의 혈중 체류시간이 더 증가하여 지속적인 약물 축적이 가능하다.
