PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel acupressure massage technologies allowing anyone to suppress excessive pressure and to obtain safe and efficient acupressure and massage effects by operating an instrument by himself/herself, and capable of being provided as the economical and excellently durable instrument.SOLUTION: The acupressure instrument 2 is constituted such that grip parts 30 are arranged at one ends of a pair of left and right operation rods 3 respectively, connected parts 31 are arranged at the other ends, and an elastic connection string 5 is disposed between the connected parts 31 to connect the connected parts 31, and an acupressure shaft 4 projects from an appropriate position in the middle of each operation rod 3, and an abutting acting surface 40 to be brought into contact with the skin of a user for the acupressure is formed in the distal end of each acupressure shaft 4. A weight plate 61 is connected to the proximal end side of a soft band 60 and a length adjusting mechanism 63 is set at an appropriate position of the soft band 60 to make a fixing band 6. A distal-end attaching/detaching part 62 of the fixing band 6 is connected and detachably combined to a middle of the elastic connection string 5.
