PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave measurement device which can increase accuracy of measurement of a pulse wave transit time.SOLUTION: A pulse wave measurement device includes: a belt attached to wind around a region to be measured; first and second pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) which are mounted on the belt in a state to be separated from each other with respect to a width direction of the belt for detecting a pulse wave in a part, that the pulse wave sensors face, of arteries passing in the region to be measured; a pressing member (21b, 21c) which can press the first and second pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) against the region to be measured by varying pressing force; a wave form comparison part which obtains first and second pulse wave signals (PS1, PS2) respectively output by the first and second pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) in time series and compares wave forms of the first and second pulse wave signals (PS1, PS2); and a pulse wave sensor pressing force setting part for setting the pressing force by the pressing part (21b, 21c) by varying so that the wave forms of the first and second pulse wave signals (PS1, PS2) compared by the wave form comparison part are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】脈波伝播時間の測定精度を高められる脈波測定装置を提供すること。【解決手段】被測定部位を取り巻いて装着されるべきベルトと、このベルトに幅方向に関して互いに離間した状態で搭載され、被測定部位を通る動脈のうちそれぞれ対向する部分の脈波を検出する第1、第2の脈波センサ(40-1,40-2)と、被測定部位に対して第1、第2の脈波センサ(40-1,40-2)を、押圧力を可変して押圧し得る押圧部(21b,21c)と、第1、第2の脈波センサ(40-1,40-2)がそれぞれ時系列で出力する第1、第2の脈波信号(PS1,PS2)を取得して、それらの第1、第2の脈波信号(PS1,PS2)の波形を比較する波形比較部と、波形比較部により比較した第1、第2の脈波信号(PS1,PS2)の波形が同一になるように、押圧部(21b,21c)による押圧力をそれぞれ可変して設定する脈波センサ押圧力設定部とを備える。【選択図】図5
