Preferably the viscosity (25°C) of the water absorption-swelling body in which 1.0 wt.% of resin particles are mixed in purified water is 5 to 90 Pa s under the following measurement conditions. [Viscosimetry conditions] Brookfield type viscometer, No. 4 rotor, 12 rpm, purified water: Electric conductivity 1.0 μS/cm or less. Preferably the glossiness of the water absorption-swelling body in which 1.0 wt.% of resin particles are mixed in purified water is 60 to 130 under the following measurement conditions.
