PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for fish-and-shellfish suppressing/improving meat quality deterioration caused by stress load during live-fish transportation.
SOLUTION: The feed for fish-and-shellfish contains water-soluble antioxidant substance as an active ingredient to suppress change in properties of the fish and shellfish caused by the stress load even when the fish and shellfish is suffered from the stress load during live-fish transportation or the like, and prevents/improves the meat quality deterioration.
