Provided are a liquid or liquefied oral composition and an agent for inhibiting the adherence of tongue plaque that exhibit good tongue plaque adherence-inhibiting effects, taste good, have low irritancy to oral mucosa, and feel good when used. The liquid or liquefied oral composition is characterized in containing (A) a glycerin fatty acid ester with a C8-14 fatty acid and (B) a polyglutamate, and in the mass ratio of component (B)/component (A) being in the range of 0.1 - 150. The tongue plaque adherence-inhibiting agent is characterized in being obtained from said component (A) and component (B), and in the mass ratio of component (B)/component (A) being in the range of 0.1 - 150.
