The present invention relates to a hybrid environmental system using solar energy and, more specifically, to a hybrid environmental system using solar energy. The hybrid environmental system using solar energy includes: a power generation unit which generates electricity from sunlight and supplies the generated electricity a plant cultivation unit which generates artificial light by using electricity supplied from the power generation unit and which is arranged to cultivate plants planted in artificial culture soil by using the artificial light and a desalination unit which desalinates seawater by using electricity supplied from the power generation unit, and which supplies the desalinated seawater.
