The present invention relates to a shock absorbing device of frames of a baby stroller and a walking assistive device for the elderly which is configured to allow each of a connection member and a mounting member to be mounted on a rear leg frame, and a support rib to be formed integrally on the mounting member, and to absorb the impacts due to a fixing member and an elastic member mounted therein, thereby not only reducing manufacturing costs and improving productivity by simplifying a structure, but also making the appearance beautiful since the shock absorbing device is located on an inner side of a rear wheel, and when a baby stroller shakes or receives impacts while being moved, absorb the impacts, thus safely protecting a babys head as well as preventing the joints of the elderly from being hurt.본 발명은 후각프레임에 연결부재와 장착부재를 각각 장착하고 장착부재에 일체로 지지리브를 형성시킨 후 고정부재와 탄성부재를 장착하여 충격을 완충시키므로 구조를 간소화하여 제조비용 절감 및 생산성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 완충장치가 후륜의 내측에 위치하므로 미관을 미려하게 하고 유모차의 이동 중 흔들림이 발생하거나 충격이 가해질 경우 그 충격을 완충시키므로 아기의 머리를 안전하게 보호함과 아울러 노인의 관절에 무리가 가지 않게 하는 유모차 및 노인 보행 보조기구 프레임의 완충장치에 관한 것이다.
