The present invention relates to blueberry tree planting bed soil (peat moss) suitable for blueberry tree growth using cypress sawdust (wood chip), medicinal plant by-products, and (eco-friendly and organic) acid level control agent and a blueberry tree planting bed soil manufacturing method and, more specifically, to blueberry tree planting bed soil (peat moss) suitable for blueberry tree growth and a blueberry tree planting bed soil manufacturing method comprises the following processes of: a prior fermentation and prior matureness process for fermenting and maturing cypress sawdust (wood chip) and medicinal plant by-products in an indoor environment (at the temperature of 18 to 32, and at the humidity of 70 to 90%) for 1 to 3 months; a mixing process for mixing 50 to 10 wt% of cypress sawdust (wood chip), 20 to 5 wt% of the medicinal plant by-products, 70 to 50 wt% of peat moss, 10 to 5 wt% of bone dust, 10 to 5 wt% of fish meal, 10 to 5 wt% of seaweed, 5 to 3 wt% of organic matters, and 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of a soil microbe generating agent with respect to 100 wt% of total materials; a first fermentation and matureness process for fermenting and maturing a total material mixture in the indoor environment (at the temperature of 18 to 32, and at the humidity of 70 to 90%) for 1 to 3 months; an acid level control process for controlling the pH value of compost, which undergoes first microbe fermentation and matureness, to be 4.2 to 4.8 using an (eco-friendly and organic) acid level control agent; and a second fermentation and matureness process for fermenting and maturing the compost, which undergoes first microbe fermentation and matureness and of which an acid level is controlled, for the second time in the indoor environment (at the temperature of 18 to 32, and at the humidity of 70 to 90%) for 1 to 3 months.편백나무 톱밥(우드 칩), 한약재 부산물, (친환경 및 유기)산도 조절제를 이용한 블루베리나무 생육에 알맞은 블루베리 식재용 상토(피트모스) 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 편백나무 톱밥(우드 칩), 한약재 부산물을 1개월 ~ 3개월간 실내 환경(온도 18 ~ 32℃, 습
