The present invention relates to a method for preparing a macroporous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), and more specifically, to a method for preparing a macroporous PMMA having high oil absorption by using a pluronic polymer and a PMMA polymer. According to the present invention, the porous PMMA prepared according to the preparation method of the present invention is effective in sebum control due to high oil absorption and sebum adsorption when used in basic cosmetic and makeup compositions, and the use thereof is pleasant and safe when applied to the skin since the remaining solvents and impurities therein are low in content.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de polyméthacrylate de méthyle (PMMA) macroporeux, et plus particulièrement, un procédé de préparation dun PMMA macroporeux possédant une capacité dabsorption dhuile élevée utilisant un polymère pluronique et un polymère PMMA. Selon la présente invention, le PMMA poreux préparé selon le procédé de préparation de la présente invention est efficace pour le contrôle du sébum du fait dune capacité dabsorption dhuile et dabsorption de sébum élevée lorsquil est utilisé dans des compositions cosmétiques et de maquillage de base, et son utilisation est agréable et sans danger lorsquil est appliqué sur la peau car les teneurs des solvants et des impuretés résiduels quil contient sont faibles.본 발명은, 거대 다공성 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(PMMA) 제조방법에 관한것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 플루로닉 고분자 및 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트 고분자를 이용하여 높은 흡유량을 갖는 거대 다공성 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(PMMA)를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 다공성 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트는 높은 오일 흡유량과 피지흡착력으로 인해 기초 화장품 및 메이크업 화장료 조성물로 사용할 경우, 유분조절에 효과적이며, 잔류용매 및 불순물 함량의 적어 피부에 적용 시 사용감이 좋으며 안전하다.
