PURPOSE: A hybridoma which produces a Romo1 protein antibody is provided to accurately prevent and diagnose diseases induced by TNF-alpha. CONSTITUTION: A Romo1(reactive oxygen species modulator 1) having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 is produced by a hybridoma(deposit number KCLRF-BP-00226). The antibody specifically binds to Romo1 protein by recognizing one of 8-20th and 44-56th epitopes of sequence number 1. A composition for diagnosing TNF-alpha-induced diseases contains the antibody. A kit for diagnosing the TNF-alpha-induced diseases contains the antibody.본 발명은 서열번호 1의 서열 중 8번~20번 사이에 존재하는 에피토프 및 44번~56번 사이에 존재하는 에피토프 중 하나 이상을 인식하여 Romo1 단백질에 대해 특이적으로 결합하는 Romo1 단백질에 대한 항체, 이를 생산하는 하이브리도마 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다.
