The invention relates to a cosmetic process for caring for or making up keratin materials, comprising the sequential application to the keratin materials: of a cosmetic composition comprising a maleic anhydride acrylic polymer obtained by polymerization of: (a) 50% to 90% by weight, relative to the total weight of monomers, of isobornyl (meth)acrylate (b) 1% to 50% by weight of maleic anhydride (c) 0% to 49% by weight of additional (meth)acrylate monomer； and of a polyamine compound bearing several primary amine and/or secondary amine groups. The process makes it possible to obtain a film-forming deposit that has good resistance to water, to oil and to sebum. The film is also non-tacky and transfer-resistant.L'invention concerne un procédé cosmétique pour le soin ou la mise en forme de matières kératiniques, comprenant l'application, dans l'ordre, sur les matières kératiniques : d'une composition cosmétique comprenant un polymère acrylique d'anhydride maléique obtenu par la polymérisation de : (a) de 50 % à 90 % en poids, par rapport au poids total des monomères, d'un (méth)acrylate d'isobornyle ； (b) de 1 % à 50 % en poids d'un anhydride maléique, (c) de 0 % à 49 % en poids d'un autre monomère (méth)acrylate ； et d'un composé polyamine portant plusieurs groupes amines primaires et/ou amines secondaires. Le procédé permet d'obtenir un dépôt filmogène qui présente une bonne résistance à l'eau, à l'huile et au sébum. Le film est également non collant et résistant au transfert.
