PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus capable of surely improving skin flabby in a long term.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic apparatus for bringing plural protrusions provided on a base part into contact with a skin, the protrusions have a shape capable of deforming a cutis without being inserted into a skin. An upper face contacting the protrusions has a flat surface, a curve surface which is upward salient, or an almost hemispherical shape. The protrusions comprise a body part which is positioned on a lower side of the upper face, and a cross section of the body part is a circle, ellipse or rectangle.
