PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin which has high liquid drawing property and fitness at a back part disposed more on the back side relative to the excretion part of a wearer, is excellent in a dry feeling, and is capable of efficiently preventing back leakage.
SOLUTION: In a center area in the width direction of an absorber 14 at the back part 1C, a coarse and dense structure 100 configured by including high density parts 15 and low density parts 16. The high density parts 15 and the low density parts 16 are both formed to extend in the longitudinal direction X of the absorber 14, and the high density part 15 does not extend to an excretion part facing part 1B. The coarse and dense structure 100 is formed by alternately arranging the plurality of high density parts 15 and the plurality of low density parts 16 in the width direction Y of the absorber 14. In the side areas of the absorber 14 positioned on both right and left sides of the center area, the high density part 15 is not formed. In the side areas, a groove part 9a in which a surface sheet 12 and the absorber 14 are integrally recessed toward the non-skin-contacting surface side of the napkin 1, and which extends in the longitudinal direction X, is formed.
