PURPOSE: A composition for controlling pests comprising composite plant extracts is provided to use natural plants which are nontoxic to human body and a natural environment and show an excellent pest control property.CONSTITUTION: A composition extracted from plants for pest control comprises: 0.5 parts by weight of the extract from Sophora flavescenes (matrine 60%) 0.5 parts by weight of Phrethrum flower extract (pyrethrum 50%) 5.0 parts by weight of neem oil (Azadirachtin 2,090ppm) 6.0 parts by weight of a surfactant 38.0 parts by weight of an organic solvent and 50.0 parts by weight of purified water. A manufacturing method of the composition comprises the following steps. An oily plant component for pest control, an emulsifier, a solvent, the pyrethrum flower extract (pyrethrum 50%), the neem oil (Azadirachtin 2,090ppm), the surfactant, and methyl oleate are uniformly mixed. An aqueous plant insecticide compound, purified water, and Sophora flavescenes extract (matrine 60%) are separately dissolved.
