A film forming composition comprises a film forming component and a solvent, wherein the film forming component comprises 0-50wt% of a first water soluble polymer, 0.3-40wt% of a second water soluble polymer, 0-15wt% of plasticizer and 50-70wt% of active ingredient. The first and second water soluble polymers have a Tg of -52℃ to 216℃, and difference of Tg values of the first and second water soluble polymer is 62-268℃. The film formed by the film forming composition capable to load high content of active ingredient and lead to fast absorption of active ingredient is provided.Une composition filmogène selon l'invention comprend un constituant filmogène et un solvant, le constituant filmogène comprenant 0 à 50 % en poids d'un premier polymère hydrosoluble, 0,3 à 40 % en poids d'un second polymère hydrosoluble, 0 à 15 % en poids d'un plastifiant et 50 à 70 % en poids d'un principe actif. Les premier et second polymères hydrosolubles ont une Tg de -52 °C à 216 °C, et la différence des valeurs de Tg du premier et du second polymère hydrosoluble est de 62 à 268 °C. Le film formé par la composition filmogène est susceptible de charger un contenu élevé de principe actif et de conduire à une absorption rapide du principe actif.
