The present invention relates to a vegetation mat and a seedling raising structure using the same, and the invention comprises: a base member which is made of a bio-degradable material a mat unit which is combined with an upper part of the base member by a coupling means such that a filling space is formed in the upper part of the base member, and has a cover member that is made of a bio-degradable material and a vegetation member which is filled into the filling space, and has a bio-degradable speed adjustment member for adjusting the bio-degradable speed of the base member and the cover member. According to the present invention, since the vegetation mat and the seedling raising structure use the same bio-degradable speed adjustment member which adjusts the bio-degrading speed of the base member and the cover member inside of the mat, the growth of the vegetables that sprout and vegetate inside the mat are not obstructed by the mat.본 발명은 식생매트 및 이를 이용한 육묘구조물에 관한 것으로서, 생분해성 소재로 이루어진 베이스부재와, 베이스부재의 상부에 충진공간이 마련되기 위해 결합수단에 의해 베이스부재의 상부에 결합되며, 생분해성 소재로 이루어진 커버부재가 마련된 매트부와, 충진공간에 충진되고, 베이스부재 및 커버부재의 생분해 속도를 조절하기 위한 생분해 속도조절부재가 포함된 식생부재를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 식생매트 및 이를 이용한 육묘구조물은 매트 내부에 베이스부재 및 커버부재의 생분해 속도를 조절하는 생분해 속도조절부재가 마련되어 있어 매트 내부에서 발아되어 식생되는 식물의 성장이 매트에 의해 방해받지 않는 장점이 있다.
