Formulations are disclosed which are comprised of tenofovir particles, and a biocompatible gel having the particles dispersed therein. The gel may be comprised of a flavoring agent and one or more compounds which generate heat. The particles may be provided in a plurality of groups (2, 3 or more) of different size spheres. The spheres may be comprised of tenofovir alone or in combination with emtricitabine and a controlled release polymer such as poly lactic glycolic acid (PLGA) or other suitable, biocompatible material.La présente invention concerne des formulations qui sont constituées de particules de ténofovir, et un gel biocompatible dans lequel les particules sont dispersées.
