The present invention relates to an animal model for nasolacrimal duct obstruction and a method of manufacturing the same. Conventional animal models for nasolacrimal duct obstruction have a problem that the nasolacrimal duct obstruction is not maintained stably, and that the nasolacrimal duct obstruction effect is deteriorated before accurately measuring the therapeutic effect of drugs or guiders for treating nasolacrimal duct obstruction. The animal model for nasolacrimal duct obstruction according to the present invention can accurately evaluate the effect of drugs or guiders for treating nasolacrimal duct obstruction by closing the nasolacrimal duct stably for a long time, and thus is expected to be widely used in the development of medical treatments.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 비루관 협착 동물 모델 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 기존의 비루관 협착 동물 모델은 비루관 폐쇄가 안정적으로 유지되지 않고, 비루관 폐쇄 치료용 약물이나 가이더의 치료 효과를 정확하게 측정하기 전에 비루관 협착 효과가 저하되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명의 의한 비루관 협착 동물 모델은 장시간 안정적으로 비루관을 폐쇄시킴으로서 비루관 폐쇄 치료용 약물, 또는 가이더의 효과를 정확하게 평가 가능하므로, 의학 치료제 개발 분야에서 크게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
