Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Haarbehandlungsmittel enthaltend Dinkelprotein. Unter Dinkelprotein werden die mit Wasser und Glycerin aus den Körnern des Dinkels herausgelösten löslichen Proteinanteile verstanden. Dinkelprotein wird gemäß der üblichen Nomenklatur für kosmetische Inhaltsstoffe als Hydrolyzed Spelt Starch bezeichnet. Dinkel ist botanisch ein enger Verwandter des Weizens.
