PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate and reproducible check-bite method.SOLUTION: Occlusion chips 1 made of resin or the like are attached to cover artificial tooth faces of left/right molars of an upper jaw denture 2a. The upper/lower jaw dentures are mounted in the oral cavity of a patient, the thickness of the chips are adjusted so that the artificial teeth 3b facing the left/right chips uniformly abut thereon respectively and then, a recording material 7 is injected into a clearance between the upper/lower jaw dentures with their occluded with each other, and is hardened to record the lower jaw position. The upper/lower jaw dentures are taken out from the oral cavity, occluded and fixed in the recorded state, and remounted on an occlusion device with their occluded with each other. Then, the chips 1 are removed therefrom, and the occlusion state of the artificial teeth is checked and adjusted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】正確で再現性のあるチェックバイトの方法を提供する。【解決手段】上顎義歯2aの左右臼歯部人工歯面にレジン等でできた咬合チップ1を被せるように取り付ける。この上下顎義歯を患者の口腔内に装着して、左右のチップに対向する人工歯3bがそれぞれ均等に当接するようにチップの厚みを調整した後、咬合した状態で上下顎義歯の間隙に記録材7を注入、硬化させて下顎位を記録する。上下顎義歯を口腔外に取り出し、記録してある状態に咬合させて固定し、その状態で咬合器に再装着する。その後、チップ1を取り除き、人工歯の咬合状態を点検し、咬合調整を行う。【選択図】図3
