PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument capable of saving space while preventing erroneous operation of the intraocular lens insertion instrument.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument comprises: an instrument body having at its tip an insertion tube for an intraocular lens moving therethrough a housing part for housing the intraocular lens and an extrusion member for extruding the intraocular lens into the eye by pressurizing.
