1. A mucosal vaccine producing antigen-specific mucosal IgA and blood IgG at levels capable of inducing effective immune induction and an infection prevention effect, which includes: (a) an AD carrier consisting of a synthetic peptide and lipid (s), where the synthetic the peptide consists of the amino acid sequence of KnLm (where n is from 4 to 8, am is from 11 to 20); (b) a carboxyvinyl polymer; and (c) an antigenic protein in an amount incapable of producing enough IgA of the mucous membrane and blood IgG to provide effective immune induction and the effect of preventing infection, if used alone. 2. The mucosal vaccine according to claim 1, wherein the protein antigen (c) is present in an amount that even in combination with the AD carrier (a) or in combination with the carboxyvinyl polymer (b) is not capable of producing antigen-specific mucosal IgA and blood IgG in amounts capable of providing effective immune induction and the effect of preventing infection. 3. The mucosal vaccine according to claim 1, wherein said synthetic peptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No. 1 or 2.4. The mucosal vaccine according to claim 1, wherein said lipid is at least one of phosphatidylcholine, dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitinic acid.
