PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for making pet food that can maintain both nutrition of original ingredients and appetizing characteristics.SOLUTION: A process is for making pet food, more specifically, involves making pet chews or jerky from either one or a combination: poultry, meat, fish, rabbit, pork skin, beef skin, rabbit skin, or fish skin. The ingredients are cut into pieces or cubes, minced into paste, or molded into shapes then frozen followed by a process of vacuum microwave drying, and sterilization, then packaging. The final product often presents the same color and a strong fragrance as the original ingredients. This process maintains both nutrition of the original ingredients and its appetizing characteristics.
