Device for the dosing of a liquid or paste-like food substance, such as, for example, a greasy substance, comprising:- a reservoir (2) suitable for containing said substance, said reservoir (2) being provided with at least one entrance mouth (3) of said substance inside the reservoir and of at least one opening (5) for the delivery of said substance, and- a piston group (11, 12) mounted slidable inside of the reservoir and conformed so to separate said reservoir into one first chamber (9), onto which said opening 5 opens, and into a second chamber (10) communicating with said entrance mouth (3), said chambers (9, 10) being a volume variable with the translation of said piston group (11, 12),wherein said piston group comprises a valve element (11) suitable for placing said first chamber (10) and said second chamber (9) in communication.
