Further, the therapeutic agent carrier can include a plurality of grooves formed along the body. Each groove can correspond to an incremental length of the body. The therapeutic agent carrier can also include a plurality of dosage stamps along the body and each of the plurality of dosage stamps is adjacent to a corresponding to groove.
