PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which, as a hammer knife mower has strong centrifugal force is in effect during mowing operation, mowing resistance and impulsive force work, causing difficulty in smooth oscillation of each hammer knife or damage in hammer knives, in which removal of hammer knives around a rotor shaft is thereby required, correcting deformation and damage or repairing, and in which the required operation is complicated, with a long time needed.SOLUTION: With a knife holder 6 for holding hammer knives 1 arranged, a collar 7 in parallel with a mower rotor shaft 2 is interposed, in the outer periphery of the mower rotor shaft 2 that has side disks 3, 3 formed in both left and right end parts, between holder holes 9 of the left/right oppositely facing knife holders 6, 6, and over between the holder hole 9 of the knife holder 6 and a disk hole 13 of side disks 3, 3. There is a rod 5 inserted through the disk hole 13 of the side disk 3, the holder hole 9 of the knife holder 6, the knife hole 4 of the hammer knives 1 held on the knife holder 6, and the collar hole 8 of each collar 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】ハンマーナイフモアは、刈取作用時に強い遠心作用が働き、刈取抵抗、衝撃力が働くため、各ハンマーナイフの揺動作用が円滑に行われ難くなったり、ハンマーナイフが損傷したとき等では、ロータ軸周りのハンマーナイフを取外して、変形、損傷を修正したり、補修することを要し、その操作は煩雑で、長時間を要する。【解決手段】ハンマーナイフ1を保持するナイフホルダ6を配置し、左右両側端部にサイドディスク3,3を形成したモアロータ軸2の外周部に、左右相対向のナイフホルダ6,6のホルダ穴9間、及びこのナイフホルダ6のホルダ穴9とサイドディスク3,3のディスク穴13との間に亘って、モアロータ軸2と平行方向のカラー7を介装し、これらサイドディスク3のディスク穴13と、ナイフホルダ6のホルダ穴9と、このナイフホルダ6に保持のハンマーナイフ1のナイフ穴4、及び各カラー7のカラー穴8に亘ってロッド5を挿通する。【選択図】図3
