PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair rinsing composition, which enhances moisture retention power of hair and imparts a soft and moist finish to hair without causing sticky or heavy feelings, and which is excellent in preventing excessive dryness and moistening under a low humidity condition.SOLUTION: The hair rinsing composition contains the following components (A) to (D).
