Plantar (1) apt to the proprioceptive, exteroceptive, pressoceptive and/orreflexogen stimulation for correcting the muscle-skeletal, myo-facial and/orvascular troubles of the foot sole, comprising a plurality of stimulationmembers (11-13, 16-17, 18) arranged at selected areas of the foot sole inorder to perform the stimulation by elastically deforming during the person'sdeambulation, wherein the stimulation members comprise a plurality ofelastically deformable swellings (11-13, 16-17) and a plurality of helicoidalcompression springs (18) extending in the direction substantially orthogonalto the foot sole (figure 2).
