An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesion preventing material capable of preventing adhesion safely and efficiently. The present invention provides an adhesion prevention material comprising a cell sheet containing mesothelial cells, an adhesion prevention method using a cell sheet containing mesothelial cells, or a method for promoting organ regeneration.本発明は、安全且つ効率よく癒着を防止することができる癒着防止材を提供すること等を課題とする。本発明は、中皮細胞を含む細胞シートからなる癒着防止材や、中皮細胞を含む細胞シートを用いる癒着防止方法又は臓器再生促進方法等を提供する。
