PURPOSE: A double-layered thermostatic plastic greenhouse is provided to maintain the optimal temperature for growing crops by using subsurface water as a heat source and circulating outside air in the space between the inner and outer plastic greenhouses.CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(130) cools or heats the outside air using the pumped subsurface water as a heat source. A first blower(140) inhales outside air and circulates the cooling air or heating air in the intervening space between the outer plastic greenhouse(120) and the inner plastic greenhouse(110). A second blower(150) is installed on the other lower side of the outer plastic greenhouse, and discharges the circulated cooling air or heating air to the outside. A ventilation fan(160) ventilates the inside air of the inner plastic greenhouse. A guide wall(170) is installed with slope at the part where the heat exchanger is installed so that the cooling air or heating air is circulated. A subsurface water circulation part(180) is connected to the heat exchanger. A suction pipe(182) inhales the subsurface water through a pump(181) which pumps the subsurface water. A discharging pipe(183) discharges the subsurface water.
