According to the present invention, a method is provided for disposing various cells in an arbitrary three-dimensional space as a cell mass to produce a three-dimensional structure having a desired shape composed of only cells. According to the present invention, as a support for disposing a cell mass in an arbitrary space, there is provided a support having a substrate and a squirt or a needle for penetrating the cell mass. The support has a sheet covering a removable substrate, if necessary.
