A dermatological cream intended for topical treatment of bacterial infections of the skin and for healing wounds associated with them, wherein said cream containing framycin sulfate and a biopolymer are included in the cream base, said cream base containing at least one substance from each of the following groups : preservative, primary and secondary emulsifier, waxy product, co-solvent, acid and water, preferably purified water, and said biopolymer is preferably chitosan. 2. A dermatological cream according to claim 1, wherein said cream further comprises any substance from the group comprising a buffering agent, an antioxidant, a chelating agent, a hygroscopic agent, a stabilizer, or any combination thereof. The dermatological cream according to claim 1, wherein: said framitecin sulfate is added in an amount of from about 0.5% by weight to about 15% by weight, preferably from 0.5% and 5% by weight, and more preferably about 1.0% by weight； said biopolymer is presented in the form of chitosan, added in an amount of from about 0.01% to about 1% by weight, preferably from about 0.01% to about 0.5% by weight, and in the most preferred embodiment, about 0.25 % by weight, said primary and secondary emulsifiers are selected from the group consisting of ketostearyl alcohol, ketomacrogol-1000, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, polysorbate-80, Span-80 and the like, and are added in an amount of about 1% by weight up to 20% by weight1.
