Provided is an adhesive patch which offers excellent rivastigmine storage stability and increase the skin permeability of rivastigmine to such an extent that the amount of percutaneous absorption needed to treat Alzheimer's disease is obtained. This adhesive skin patch is characterized in comprising: a support； and an adhesive layer containing rivastigmine and a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester-based copolymer which does not contain any acrylic monomer component having a carboxy group, the adhesive layer being layered and integrated onto one side of the support.L'invention fournit un timbre transdermique qui présente d'excellentes propriétés de conservation et de stabilité de rivastigmine, et dont la perméabilité cutanée d'une rivastigmine est accrue au point de permettre l'obtention de la quantité d'absorption cutanée nécessaire pour un traitement médicale contre la maladie d'Alzheimer. Le timbre transdermique de l'invention est caractéristique en ce qu'il possède : un corps de support； et une couche adhésive qui est stratifiée et solidarisée sur une face dudit corps de support, et qui comprend une rivastigmine, et un copolymère d'ester alkylique d'acide (méth)acrylique qui ne comprend pas de composant monomérique acrylique possédant un groupe carboxy.リバスチグミンの保存安定性に優れており、且つリバスチグミンの皮膚透過性がアルツハイマー病の治療に必要な経皮吸収量が得られる程度まで高められた貼付剤を提供する。 本発明の貼付剤は、支持体と、上記支持体の一面に積層一体化されてなり、且つカルボキシ基を有するアクリル系単量体成分を含有していない（メタ）アクリル酸アルキルエステル系共重合体、及びリバスチグミンを含有している粘着層と、を有していることを特徴とする。
