This invention makes use of a large amount of pineapple leaves/stems harvested from pineapple fruit to produce livestock feed. The pineapple leaves/stems contain many sugar and fiber ingredients, which can be subject to formulation and fermentation to form preferred feed for livestock, thereby easing the burden of buyers such as dairy farmers from getting feed or pet food raw material. The dried pineapple leaves/stems corresponding to a predetermined fermentation condition are subject to an anaerobic bacteria fermentation environment as so to keep water content and, at a predetermined indoor temperature, fermented in the anaerobic fermentation environment formed by the anaerobic bacteria so as to form a low fermentation state of having the water content above 15%, and less than 50%, or between 20% and 40% of the low fermentation, forming pineapple leaves/stems feed or pet food raw material at a dried and low fermentation state.本發明係配合鳳梨果實收穫後龐大的鳳梨葉莖量來製造家畜用飼料，鳳梨葉莖含許多糖分、纖維成分，藉由調節發酵狀態會成為家畜喜好的飼料，且可形成減輕酪農農家等購買者的負擔的飼料或寵物食物原料。使對應於設定的發酵條件而成為乾燥狀態之該鳳梨葉莖體，於厭氣性菌發酵環境下維持水分量，以預定的室內溫度，於藉由厭氣性菌所造成的厭氣性發酵環境下發酵，形成含水率15%以上、小於50%，或20～40%之低發酵狀態，形成乾燥低發酵狀態的鳳梨葉莖體飼料或寵物食物原料。
