The present invention provides a sweet taste quality improvement technology of stevia extract. By blending such a ratio of 40: 5 to 60: 95 by weight, and rebaudioside A, which is a main component of stevia sweetness extract, and mogroside V, the sweetness main component of swingle extract , composition having excellent sweetness is obtained. Further, by using as a sweetener the mixture, it is possible to impart good sweetness to various food products, such as quasi-drugs or pharmaceuticals.本発明は、ステビア抽出物の甘味質改善技術を提供する。ステビア抽出物の甘味主成分であるレバウディオサイドAと、羅漢果抽出物の甘味主成分であるモグロシドVとを、重量比で95:5~60:40の割合になるように配合することにより、甘味質に優れた組成物が得られる。また上記混合物を甘味料として用いることにより、食品、医薬品または医薬部外品などの種々の製品に良好な甘味を付与することができる。
